A work of research about edible plants in this territory with an open workshop during two days in which we have experimented a sharing experience with participants recognizing, collecting, classifying edible plants.

The research has gone on in the kitchen where we had invented some collective recipes with collected plants, sharing the cooking moment and a good dinner.
In the second day we had printed for each person an handmade book like a diary, a recipes book, an herbarium where we had handprinted plants like a monotype with a pasta maker.
